The Irish "Bookmaker Sandwich" was made originally for the
working class man of Ireland who labored for days away from home!
Depending on the amount of time spent away from his family,
his wife would make the sandwich to length. (1 foot per day)
HALF DAY BOOKMAKER SANDWICH
Slow roasted beef, pork or turkey, hand carved and served
on a long roll, with homemade au jus $8.99
Add cheese .99 - Imported Sharp Provolone $1.99 - Long Hots .99
